This amazing pillow is the perfect gift!  The pillow has a volleyball that you can change the colors on or keep it the normal white.  The pillow measures 16"x16".  You can purchase it with or without a pillow (Add $10)!  The pillowcase has either velvet or a satin back.  The velvet back closely matches the color of the sequins.  The satin back is White for all colors.

Pillows will be shipped within 1-2 business days.  If a color doesn't look right or if there seems to be something inaccurate about your order, we will contact you prior to printing.  This is a customized product that is not returnable.

Turnaround Time:  Most orders EXCEPT Blankets will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date the order was received. If you need an order urgently, please contact us at support@violetvictoria.com to discuss quicker shipping options.  For retail customers, we have next day and priority mail shipping available at checkout.  Typical transit times are as follows:

First Class Mail 2-7 days

USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days

UPS - Midwest and East Coast take 3-4 days and 6-7 days to the West Coast

BLANKETS: Blankets take 4-7 business days to make.  They will be shipped as soon as they are completed.  

Shipping:  We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a preference given to USPS.  Collegiate and larger orders are shipped from Orlando, Florida.  Website orders are typically shipped from Hudson, Wisconsin.

Payment Terms:  All orders must be prepaid by credit card unless other terms have been established. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Invoice must be paid in full, including shipping, prior to shipment.

Returned Shipments:  If you refuse a shipment for an order placed, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  You will also be responsible for shipping costs incurred.  Please double check your address at checkout to ensure that it is correct.

Backorders:  We try to keep only in stock merchandise; however, from time to time we do run out of certain style.  We will contact you immediately to notify you of the items that are on backorder and the approximate wait time. No additional shipping costs will be incurred by the customer for backordered items.
