If you have an issue with your shipment such as broken or incorrect merchandise received, you must contact us within 7 days from the date the package is received to let us know about any problems with your shipment. We will do our best to quickly resolve any issues that may occur.
Merchandise exchanges or refunds will be issued once we receive the defective/incorrect items. Please be sure to contact us FIRST before shipping any items back to receive a Return Authorization Number.
We warranty our merchandise for 90 days from the date of purchase against all defects. You must have your receipt to verify the date of the transaction. This does not cover normal wear and tear.
